Feels Like Independence Day

Yes, the title is a line from “One Headlight“. This is a bit basic, and it feels a little weird wearing red, white, and blue in November. No, not because of the outdated “No white after Labor Day”, but because I tend to associate the color combo with the Fourth of July. Still, it’s a classic color combo for a reason, and I did make it more seasonal by pairing it with a sweater. This skirt practically begs to be styled with a white top anyway, and I like how the weave of the sweater echoes the print of the skirt.
