SIA Inspiration: Worcester Teapot

It’s Daenel’s turn to host SIA, and since she is getting interested in tea, she picks this absolutely gorgeous 19th-century teapot:

This was made by the British Royal Worcester Porcelain Company in 1879, and its Japanese-inspired design is a part of Japonisme, a collective fascination with Japan that took place in Europe and the United States during the mid-19th century.
