The Cow Jumps Over The Stars

My outfits are still relatively jewelry-free, but during my trip to Germany, I picked up this really cute silver pendant on sale and decided to start wearing it every day. I like the idea of having a “signature” piece of jewelry that you always wear – my mom has this delicate gold horse-shoe pendant that she always wears as far back as I can remember, so when I see that shape I always think of her – but I’m terrible about wearing jewelry, so I’m hoping that this can help me get into the habit.
Of course, a cow may not be as classic as a horse-shoe, but it’s more “me” 🙂

I think that’s great Salazar. It’s always nice to have something that makes us think of or reminds us of our mothers. It makes that particular item, whatever it is, special. And for you, it’s your mom’s horse shoe pendant. 🙂
