Autopilot

This is the third sleeveless top + jeans + flat shoes outfit I’ve worn in two weeks. And you know what? I’m OK with that. I’m pretty much running on autopilot these days (so many finals to grade, so many grades to enter into the system, and I’m working for the graduation committee again this year so there are all the thesis films and scripts to take care of, argh, why is the end of the semester always so busy). That’s why I’m glad to have a uniform of sort, to make the morning a little easier.

And that’s what’s most important, Salazar. If you’re okay with your outfit, that’s all that counts.
Never any shame in that. Besides, you are always well dressed; consistently chic.

Sounds like the end of yet another semester and you made it through your second term, solo teaching (right?). Congratulations!

Work has been quite busy for me also. With the school year coming to a close, we’re seeing a lot more kids at the library these days. Our summer reading program gets its big kick off in just a few weeks so we’re all having meetings and making preparations for that. And just last week, we had our multicultural festival and I was moving like a machine in trying to help our librarians prepare for that. Never a dull moment in the library!

    Have a good weekend.
