SIA: Portrait Of Elisabeth Lederer

Welcome to another week of SIA! This week we’re doing Egon Schiele’s “Portrait of Elisabeth Lederer”:

Everybody put together their best blue, white, and red combination, so let’s take a look, shall we? First up, our co-host Jen looks so cute in her head scarf and low-key outfit:

Kezzie has a perfect recreation of the painting right down to the blue wrap:

Erin of Loop Looks is all ready for the office in her white top, blue pants, and red lipstick:

Jen’s friend Laura of Francophile At Large is a newcomer to SIA; she is currently in Paris right now (jealous!) and puts together a loose but still lovely interpretation of the painting:

Here’s my co-creator Jess, looking sharp and classy:

And finally, moi:

Merci beaucoup, mesdames et mademoiselles!

  1. So simple a painting and yet such different looks — I love it! Especially Kezzie’s uncanny recreation (with that pop of red in the bracelet!), Laura’s ruffled jacket, and Jess’s sassy self. 🙂 Lots of nice textures, too, like in Erin’s and Salazar’s tops.

I love the simple chicness of everyone’s outfits, clean lines and colours and yet all so different!!! This was a cool one! X

  3. This was a great piece and, as always, I loved seeing how everyone interpreted it!

  4. Laura says:

Yay! Everyone looks great! I always get good wardrobe ideas from seeing others’ interpretations. Thanks for including me!
