Salazar Rogers

blue striped sweater polka dot dress red flats by 14 shades of grey

The outfit is pretty self-explanatory: I picked the painting because the background reminds me of this dress, and the rest just fell into place… well, more or less. I went back and forth between my blue striped sweater and my red striped shirt. Red stripes would be more appropriate for the painting, but in the end I went with the blue because I don’t have any blue accessory, and the hem of the red shirt hits the dress at an awkward place anyway. I was trying for more of a 1940’s look to fit with the whole Captain America theme, but it ended up looking more 1920’s… oh well.
