Vintage Soul

Prepare for a rambling tale that has nothing to do with this outfit…

I was listening to Thick as Thieves by Kasabian as I set up the tripod to take these photos. I caught the phrase “vintage souls” in the lyric and thought it would make a nice post title. When I got home, I looked up the lyric just to make sure, and got two different versions: one says “vintage souls”, the other is “fitted soles.” So I had to find the above live video just to read the singer’s lips and see which he sings. I still think it’s “vintage souls”, but I’m not 100% on it. Now it’s going to bother me until I find out for sure. Anybody got this on CD? Apparently the lyrics are printed on the sleeve…

Sorry, I get a little fixated on tiny things like that sometimes 😛
