Style Imitating Art: The First Anniversary

Today is the one-year anniversary of Style Imitating Art. Can you believe that exactly one year ago Jess and I put our heads together and came up with this crazy idea to dress like paintings? In fact I didn’t remember it myself until Jess reminded me. Anyway, I’m sure I’m speaking for Jess as well when I say we’ve had so much fun doing this, and we’re looking forward to a lot more challenges to come. Thank you so much for participating!

So without further ado, let’s get to this week’s inspiration, “Prinzessin Victoria Louise Poppy” by Colleen Parker. It’s such a perfect painting for spring, isn’t it? I know spring may still be far away for some of you guys, but I picked it because I thought we could also use the reminder:
